So what is a rescue dog. well the definitions can mean many things to many groups.

here a rescue dog can be a family pet that needs rehoming a dog that came from the pound. a dog from a kennel that can no longer keep them.

when we use the term rescue here it meansANY dog that needs to find a new home for any reason
